Daily gratitude
Daily gratitude
I have so much to share with you so this is going to be in no specific order

You know your cat feeling better when she decides to jump on the dresser and try to knock things off.... you know she's feeling better when she runs around the house like a maniac meowing for her food.... but she still sleeps most of the day and she's very quiet I kind of like it compared to the way she was before I took her to the Vet... but she still my little girl and I love her with all of my heart
I'm still in the process of finding my new wheelchair I'm on chair number 2 right now but I can tell you with this chair that it's not going to be the chair that I choose I'm very uncomfortable when I sit in this chair and my back is very sore..... I have another chair coming on the 9th which is a quickie power chair which is honestly my favorite brand of chair so we'll see how it goes and hopefully I can test it out more than the one I have now because I'm so uncomfortable in it but this is why we have the test part. So that we don't get something that we're stuck with for so long and uncomfortable so this is just part of the process it's a very exciting process but very long also
Over the last couple of days and weeks I've been receiving some new equipment that I've been waiting for a very long time I received my new CPAP machine on Friday I also received my new set of drinking straws on Friday I also received my new set of bed rails last week although I don't have those on my bed yet when I do I will take a couple photos so you guys can see them there an updated version of the Rails I have now
I go down to courage Kenny rehabilitation institute on the 17th for a bone scan and to get my pump Filled I will do my best to keep you guys updated as I get closer
Medically whys that's pretty much what I can tell you right now but if anything new comes up I will be sure to share it with all of you
My apartment is starting to feel like a home again for a while I felt like it was really messy and disorganized I'm assuming it's because of all the new computer stuff and all the old stuff that was all over the place..... I still have my old one and I plan on doing something special with that I'm not going to really give you the details because I don't want to ruin it for the surprise so that's all I'm going to say about that eventually you will probably hear about it but for now we're going to keep it on the down low
Today is just been a relaxing day doing things in my apartment cleaning up my kitchen and cleaning other things that need to be cleaned before the week starts sometimes I just like to do those things on my own
Oh yes at some point I should probably set my clocks back an hour I haven't done that yet and it's in the middle of the afternoon although I know what time it is because it says the right time on my computer and my phone so I'm not totally out of the loop I should probably change my other clocks in my house so when I wake up in the morning I'm not totally confused
I'm hoping to get to the club a few more times before I have to tell them that I'm not coming for the rest of the winter that's always a sad time for me because actually the winner is the hardest for me because I'm not able to get out of the house because it's too cold for my body to handle the cold weather I try to get out as much as I can but most of the time I'm at home so when the summer comes again and I will for sure be at the club so I'm hoping it stays warm a little bit longer so that I have a chance to go to the club but I know the day is coming very soon where I have to say goodbye for a few months...... but on the other side it always gives the staff something to look forward to when the weather is warmer I will be back there with a smile on my face and a happy heart
Kids make the world a better place and it always makes me feel good knowing that I had a hand in helping them be productive members of society

I love this girl
This is why I love this girl so much..... I'm in a lot of pain tonight lots of spasms and I'm very uncomfortable I must have fallen asleep in my chair and I woke up and look who's sitting on my lap this girl knows when I'm Uncomfortable..... we are a great team she helps me when I'm not feeling good and when she's not feeling good I do my best to take care of her so that she's comfortable
It's a brand new desktop computer with a brand new printer
I'm not going to share why or how this appeared in my apartment but it did and it's something I needed to lift my spirits because I've had a really tough week
excuse the mess in my apartment but I had to take a few pictures to show you everything
super excited for this that only because it lifted my spirits but it will make doing things for Misty's keychains much easier
...
so you will have to give me a few weeks so I can get what I need back on this and I also need everyone to send me their address because I don't have it on this right now so if you send it to me it will be put back on this what I'm about to show you in these pictures

As I sit here this morning I realize that I need to put an update up / daily gratitude because I have so much to share and to be grateful for this morning as I sit here

As I sit here this morning I realize that I need to put an update up / daily gratitude because I have so much to share and to be grateful for this morning as I sit here
First off let me give you a little update on Angel

My sweet girl is 12 years old so she's getting up there in age and she's just starting to not feel good sometimes but let me tell you not only do we have her just getting old but she has special needs she could not be on our regular cat food diet like most cats
Angel is on a wet food diet daily she can not have human food but there are times where I sneak in a little piece of popcorn cuz she loves it so I have to let her have a treat once in awhile
She's got a few new medications now to help her go to the bathroom and to help with her joints
She seems to be taking them in very well I put them in her food and she doesn't even know they're there and probably taste a little bit different but she seems to be eating it just fine
She is still very quiet and I think she still readjusting to being back at home and dealing with everything it's traumatic for her when she goes to the vet she doesn't like going to the vet at all
Now you're going to sit here and tell me no animal likes to go to the vet but let me tell you my little sweetie pie does not like the vet at all .... she bites and she does all of the above to prevent them from doing anything to her
With the help of the veterinarian team we think we figured out that she was very neglected and very abused at one point in her life that is why she is so mean when she goes to the vet because someone was so mean to her at one point before I got her
I got a call back from the veterinarian's office yesterday and all her blood work looked really good so we're just going to keep an eye on her and I'm going to let the vet know if there's any changes but like I said she's starting to eat and I clean her cat box this morning and she's starting to go to the bathroom so those are good signs that she's starting to feel better so just keep her in your thoughts in your prayers over the next couple weeks and I will keep you updated on her progress
She's Mommy's little sweetheart and I'm going to keep her around as long as I can but there's going to come a time where I just have to say enough is enough but for now she's my orange and white little pumpkin and I love her a lot and she's doing much better
I changed this post up a little bit and I will post one about myself a little bit later as the day goes on I decided to leave this one all about angel and I will post something a little bit later after I do some things in the house thank you for all the love and support with Angel over the past week she's a big piece of my life and I don't know what I'd do without her so thank you very very much keep checking back for updates as well as an update on everything that's going on with me later today
