From Misty 7- 13- 15

almost 2 months post surgery and on Thursday I go down to the cities and meet with my pump doctor

I'm not sure if we're going to make any changes to weigh the pump is set

I'm so grateful for this team of doctors that saved my life about 2 months ago

it still blows my mind to this day that at any point I could have died in those 5 years that I had that old pump inside of me

but yet today I'm completely healthy and have had no spasms in the past two months except for here and there but like I said my spasms are not gone so if I don't have this medication they will definitely come back

everyday I wake up completely grateful for how I feel and all healthy I am since I had surgery

I'm not going to sit here and say that every day is easy because its not been easy I'm learning this new body of mine and everyday is a new challenge

my legs are completely different and I have never had this feeling before I wish I could explain it to you more but I really don't know how to other than to give you updates here and there

so I promised friends that I will keep you updated on my progress

tomorrow when my PCA come I am going to get in my standard for the first time post surgery

keep your fingers crossed that goes well and if I have a chance I will update tomorrow and let you know how it went
