From Misty 7-7-15

hey friends I thought it was time for an update

I have had a great couple weeks

fair hills Resort

grandma fran's 90th birthday party

4th of July and I got to spend a whole week with my best friend which was really needed

friends family and everyone else that is on my Facebook I need to say a big thank you to everyone for helping me through the last couple months

I'm not going to sit here and say that it's been easy because its not been easy

I've had my ups and I've had my downs I've had my good days and bad

and I'm learning that it's really important that I have those days

there's a few things that I'm not going to mention in this post but if you know me well you know what I'm talking about and it's been hard but I'm getting through it and I'm a stronger person because of it all

and as the time goes on I'm realizing that things need to be the way they are

I'm better off with things the way they are

right now I'm completely happy with myself I'm not saying that some days will not be hard but right now I'm completely happy

I am so happy with myself in the past 4 months I have lost so much weight I'm not exactly sure how much but that is not the point I feel so much better about myself and I feel so beautiful

I can see it on my face that I'm so much healthier
and I will continue eating better in trying to be as healthy as I can be because I feel fantastic

I know a lot of my Facebook friends don't say much but I do know they come by and check on me and make sure I'm OK

so I just want to say a big thank you to all of you and thank you for the encouragement to keep going and just being myself you don't know how much that's helped me in the past few months

I seen so many of my friends that were there for the 4th of July that I haven't seen in years

it was so great to see all of you and also amazing to hear you say that I look amazing misty you you look so much better since you had your surgery

so once again I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for sticking by my side through everything the past few months it's been hard but having you by my side is making it a little easier

and I will continue to fight and make it through this life of mine like I always do with a smile on my face and a hug and a hello when I see you again

thank you so much for coming and seeing me it helps so much with everything

to sit and laugh and talk about anything and everything have pizza and make some things for the 4th of July

take fun pictures in just have a great time with you you don't know how much that helped to pass the time

I love you so much and I hope to see you again soon maybe before the snow flies and we're stuck in the house

just remember I'm always here or phone call away or a message on the computer does it matter what time or day I'm always here I love you my best friend

now it's time to get back into real life and back into the club I had my first day back at the Club yesterday and it was fantastic the kids were great and so was the staff I can't wait to go again Friday

and I also need time to get back in the swing of things in my routine at home I can't believe I did so much so soon after surgery but friends I feel fantastic so I figure the only way I'm going to know if I can do something is just to do it so that's what I've been doing and I say feel crappy afterwards then I guess oh well I feel crappy

wow this is getting really long so I think I'm going to go and edit and make sure it's kosher to put online so if you see anything in this update that shouldn't be there let me know so I can go and fix it because I'm using my cell phone to post this on Facebook so please let me know if there's a mistake or something I don't want nothing bad to be posted on Facebook that shouldn't be there so please let me know I love you all very much and I will post again soon remember to keep smiling love misty
