It's amazing what you find out when you go to the eye doctor and you get good news from the doctor saying that your eyes are really healthy they're more healthier than they were last year at this time when I got my eyes checked the doctor asked me what I've been doing and I said I've really been taking care of myself and eating healthier and he goes that's all it takes
So in about a week or so I will have new glasses
